Sadly it looks like she's found a lump. As something who's found lumps before on a testicle recently it's terrifying and the first thing you think is cancer...even though it very rarely is fortunately. Reading spoilers Carol does have cancer...hope they aren't killing her off as Lindsey Coulson is too good of an actress to lose - she's fantastic as mother hen and was brilliant in the Billie's death episode.

My sister found a lump recently, and our mum beat cancer (albeit a different kind) last year so its quite raw for us too. Thankfully Sarah's lump was benign. Hope you're ok Woody.

I do wonder if Easties is at risk of overdoing this, its not been that long since Tanya recovered from hers and Peggy's had it twice.

I've got my ultra sound scan on the 27th but I've had a general practioner and a doctor say it's unlikely to be anything sinister. I've been messed around a lot though, it would be nice if they managed to do the ultra sound scan a little earlier - worrying about it at Christmas is not what I wanted. I was told I was getting an ultra sound scan a while back when I went to see the hospital doctor but instead he just gave me the same reassurances as the GP before saying 'but we should still have an ultra sound scan'. Bloody hell, no wonder the NHS is skint when they go through so many processes.

Anyway, sorry your mother had to go through such a horrible experience.

That scene where Carol was leaving the doctors and Bianca shouts her was brilliant.

Wonderful scenes tonight. David really has grown up. The old David would have upped and left well before now.

Hmmmm. I'm not too sure about this storyline yet, I feel really sorry for Masood who, I feel would have dealt with Carols cancer just as sensitively as David. Lindsey will pull it off mind

See, I'm not sure he has grown up - the scratching of Max's car, encouraging Liam to get 'in there' with Cindy and his scenes with Terry tonight make me thinks he's as immature as ever.

I think she's really hard on Jim, I genuinely thought she cared for him but now we find its an act!

Yes Jim was a real problem years ago but marrying Dot really made a gentleman of him.
